Power, efficiency, performance. We have risen in every discipline. Our ambition was high, but the result clearly illustrates why we build sportscars – because there is only one direction: forwards.
To be consistently at the top, there is one thing you must have: strict discipline.

Performance
368 kW (500 hp) at 8,250 rpm
0-100 km/h in 3.9 s
Top speed: 310 km/h
Concept
The sophisticated aerodynamic design delivers a drag coefficient of only 0.34, great road holding and a distinctive motorsport design.
Building on the 911 GT3 RS, the weight has been reduced by another 10 kg thanks to more lightweight components.
Drive
The 911 GT3 RS 4.0 is equipped with a variable intake manifold with two additional resonance pipes for high torque and high power over a wide range of engine speeds.
VarioCam is an engine control concept that distinguishes between different load scenarios and adapts to the corresponding power requirement. For more power and torque at any engine speed.
The 911 GT3 RS 4.0 is the highest ever performing road legal Porsche 911 with a naturally aspirated engine.
The new 911 GT3 RS 4.0 comes with white 911 GT3 wheels with central locking device as standard.
Chassis
A chassis designed for the highest demands of motorsport. One that takes direct action, instead of just reacting
Aerodynamics
The dynamic engine mount system minimises oscillations and vibrations in the engine. For a noticeably more stable drive when there are changing loads and on fast bends.
Safety
The vehicle stability system Porsche Stability Management (PSM) helps you at the limits of driving dynamics – if you need it.
The electronic damper adjustment system continuously controls the damping forces for each wheel.
The optional ride-height lift system ensures that kerbstones, ramps and garage entrances no longer pose a problem.
If you want to go fast, you need power. In racing, power is especially required in the brakes.
The optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) offers high fading stability and is approx. 50 % lighter than the standard grey cast disc.
The standard Club Sport Package includes a roll-over bar, six-point racing harness and fire extinguisher, ensuring a high level of driver protection.
The standard POSIP system consists of side impact protection in the doors and side head airbags integrated in the front doors.
The full-size front airbags inflate in two stages, depending on the type and severity of impact.
Comfort
Five round instrument dials integrated in the cockpit, with rev counter in the middle, deliver information quickly.
The GT3 SportDesign steering wheel has a black Alcantara rim and striking, red 12 o’clock stripe.
Hardwearing Alcantara has been used wherever there is direct contact.
Lightweight carbon-fibre bucket seats are fitted as standard on the new 911 GT3 RS 4.0. Sports bucket seats or adaptive sports seats with thorax airbag are also available as an option.
The CDR-30 audio system or Porsche Communication Management (PCM) guarantee an impressive audio experience if desired.
For the interior, the focus is on what is important. No distractions, no fuss and no superfluous weight.
